How the floor and our events run.
Arrive within 15 minutes of your slot or it may be released to a walk-in. Sessions end at the booked time; if nobody is waiting you can extend at the counter.
Keep volume at a level the people either side of you can live with. Headsets are provided and you are welcome to plug in your own.
No food at the stations. Drinks with lids only, on the coaster, never beside the keyboard.
Do not open the cases, swap cables, or change Windows settings. Ask staff and we will set it up.
Slurs, harassment and threats end your session immediately with no refund, and may end your access to the venue. This applies in voice chat as much as in the room.
Cheats, injectors, macros and hardware assistance are banned on our machines and in our events. Accounts caught using them are removed from the leaderboard.
Do not sign into an account that is not yours, and sign out when you leave. We wipe profiles between sessions but we cannot recover anything you left logged in.
Under-16s need a parent or guardian present after 21:00. Photo ID may be requested.
The floor runs 10:00 to 23:00, with last bookings starting at 22:00.
Captains register the roster. Players named at registration are the players who compete — substitutions after the bracket is seeded need staff approval.
Check in 30 minutes before your first match or forfeit it. A no-show in the first round forfeits the entry fee.
Match results stand once both captains confirm at the desk. Disputes are raised before the next match starts, not after the bracket moves on.
Prize money is paid after the event once the bracket is verified.
